Biography


Michael Guan moved from China to Nanaimo of  Vancouver Island 10 years ago. Michael has been active in the local real estate and business circle and builds a bridge between Chinese new immigrants, investors and Vancouver Island, Nanaimo. Michael Guan has engaged in sales of real estate since 2008 and now is serving in Sutton Group which is the  top sales broker  in Canada.

 

Michael Guan gain Rookie Award and Platinum Awards of  from Sutton Group-West Coast Realty in 2010, top sales and Platinum Awards of Nanaimo in 2011 and 2012, top sales of Nanaimo and grand master award of BC branch with over CAD 8M of sales volume in 2013. Michael has rich marketing and management experience. Through years of real estate sales and business, he builds a large local and oversea interpersonal relationship, combines local business culture and Asian business culture, actively promotes the exchanges and cooperation between local and foreign investors, lets local businesses more willing to open the door for foreign customers and let oversea investors more confident to invest and live here.

Milestone

2000~ 2005, Worked as Director of  Project Dept. in well known IT consulting company (www.fortuneage.com)

2005, Moved to Nanaimo as a new immigrant to Canada.

2006~2010, Worked at ShawCable as a technicial support representative.

2008, became a licensed real estate agent and started real estate sales career.

2010, was seleted as vice president of the Nanaimo Chinese Culture Society (non-profit charity).

2011, Won Plantium Award of Sutton Group-West Coast Realty

 

2012, Won Plantium Award of  Sutton Group-West Coast Realty

 

2013, Won Master Award of Sutton Group-West Coast Realty, Top 100 agents in Sutton Group-West Coast Realty across B.C.

 

My family

In 2010, I got married with Rebecca Han who is my most important person in my life. One year later, our first Angel Aileen was born and 2 years later, Aileen had her sister Audrey. I am so fortunate to have such lovely family with 3 beauties.
